We will walk you through the process and help you with the cut sheet to ensure that you have a good understanding of what to expect.
A quarter will weigh approximate 170-200 lbs and includes cuts from both the front and hind quarters.
Deposit of $500 is required to reserve with balance owing due prior to custom cut.
